Workshop
Building Relationships Through 1-to-1s
Explore why we have 1-to-1s and get an opportunity to practice them with other organisers.
Act Build Change | 23 Jun 2025 | Online

The first question an organiser asks is, 'who are my people?'. One to one conversations (1-to-1s) are a tool we use to build relationships and identify people with whom we share values and interests. They are the foundation of organising as they help us to build relationships and community in our organising.
Join us for this session where we will explore why we have 1-to-1s, and get an opportunity to practice them with other organisers.
