Learn how to build strong organising teams that can develop the power to win.
Act Build Change | 18 Nov 2025 | Online
Effective leadership teams are the foundation of community organising. They bring together uniquely talented individuals, organising around shared values to build power and drive change.
In this workshop you will:
- Explore how strong teams enable bold action to win on issues.
- Learn how to build teams that develop leadership, centre care, and embed accountability.
- Find out why interdependent team structures are at the core of effective organising.
This workshop will be interactive, there will be breakout rooms in pairs and small groups where all participants will be expected to engage.
