Rest and Recovery

A workshop exploring the importance of rest and recovery in community organising and incorporating it into your practice.

Rest and recovery is an essential part of sustainable community organising and yet so many people struggle to incorporate it successfully.

In this webinar, we will explore the importance of rest and recovery in community organising, barriers to incorporating rest and recovery into your organising and how to overcome those barriers.

Outcomes

  • You will be introduced to tools, definitions and practices that enable individuals and collectives to incorporate rest and recovery in their work.
  • You will reflect on rest and recovery in your context.
  • There will be space for practice, support, and relationship building.
