Campaign Coordinator at 4 Day Week

This is an exciting full time role working four days per week (28 hours) on one of the UK’s most prominent campaigns.

Main areas of responsibility:

  • Support the development and implementation of strategies as part of campaign project work
  • Help to develop and advise on organisational strategy
  • Lead on the planning, organising and execution of a new programme of 4 Day Week Employer events across the country
  • Lobby the Government, devolved administrations, local authorities and all political parties in support of a four-day working week
  • Work with MPs, including through Select Committees, APPGs and other forums to promote the 4 Day Week Campaign's demands
  • Act as project manager, when appropriate, for delegated projects, working closely with campaign team colleagues
  • Manage external consultants undertaking project work as and when required
  • Work with the Trade Union movement to organise for a four-day week in workplaces across the country
  • Support with coordination of the European and International Network of four-day week campaigners
  • Drafting a quarterly newsletter to supporters
  • Coordination of monthly volunteer meetings and annual AGM
  • Lead on drafting op-eds and articles when appropriate
  • Building relationships and partnerships with new organisations
