Collective Care Trainer at Act Build Change

We need someone exceptional to play a key role in designing, delivering and developing our collective care programmes and community organising training to an excellent standard.
You will work closely with the Head of Collective Care, fellow Collective Care Trainer, Director and wider team to develop and manage our care training programmes with a trauma informed and anti-racist approach; primarily for those working in the migration sector and to dismantle the hostile environment.
This is a hands on role. Every week you’ll be designing and facilitating workshops, coaching leaders across the country online and in person and participating in actions.
- 4 days per week at £34,000 pro-rata (£27,200 for 4 days a week)
- The deadline for applications is 10am April 18th 2024.
- Interviews will be held during the afternoons of April 23rd, 24th and 25th.
- Expected start date will be in June.
- Remote, with travel across the UK for workshop delivery. You must be within 3 hours (train, bus or driving) to central London and you will be asked to travel to London up to twice a month to work at our office in Bethnal Green. This will usually be on a Thursday.
