Freelance Communications Officer at Act Build Change

Act Build Change is looking for a freelance communications officer to support social media and digital communications.

About You

We are looking for someone who is a clear communicator who can work independently and support our team to build a strong Act Build Change presence online.

Responsibilities

  • Produce engaging copy and content for social media.
  • Oversee external communication channels, including social media.
  • Promote our training and other events online.
  • Help develop our social media presence and grow our online audience.
  • Support content production for our website and newsletter – drafting, editing and producing content.
  • Content capture during training workshops and other events.
  • Create and manage communication plans to support our goals.
  • Evaluate online social data to ensure messages are getting through.
  • Offer guidance to colleagues on writing for target audiences.
