Operations & Finance Manager at Glitch

We're looking for an operations and finance professional to join our team; help with our organisational foundations, and manage our financial processes.

The Operations and Finance Manager will be responsible for ensuring our charity’s operations, financial management and reporting is organised, functional and accurate on a daily basis.

Our ideal candidate will have experience with charity finance (as this incorporates about 25% of the role) in England and Wales, and will be responsible for all internal operations. The Operations and FInance Manager will work closely with the Executive Director. The ED is based in Canada, so the ideal candidate is someone who is also based in UTC -5 (Eastern Canada). However, we will hire the best candidate. The successful candidate will need the right to work in Canada or the UK, depending on which country they are based.
