You will work across the UK supporting the development and delivering of key organising activity, drives and campaigns.

You’ll be working closely with members and RCN staff developing strong nursing leaders and building effective structures that support members to win on the issues that matter to them and the nursing profession.
It's a job full of possibilities as you could get involved in anything from member engagement using digital technology; developing workplace teams; to co-producing with member and staff stakeholders a deep organising campaign.
The ability to foster strong professional relationships and encourage close collaboration between members is at the heart of this role. The ideal candidate will be able to evidence both knowledge of and experience in organising tactics and tools. The ability to identify, recruit, train, develop and inspire member leaders and activists is at the heart of this role. Your experience should demonstrate your proven ability to identify issues and leaders, develop member structures that support their capacity to act and facilitate participation with people from an array of diverse backgrounds and cultures.
