You'll be at the forefront of driving positive change for people with Motor Neurone Disease (MND) by improving access to key support and services.

In this role, you will work with the National Campaigns Manager to plan, develop, deliver, and evaluate our digital campaigns across England, Wales, and Northern Ireland. Your innovative approach will help grow our base of digital supporters and create engaging online and offline campaigning tools.

Working closely with our Policy and Campaigns team, you’ll ensure our campaigns are backed by solid evidence and clear policy objectives. You will manage our social media channels, creating original content that resonates with our audience, and ensuring our campaigns are consistently engaging and effective. Your role will also involve maintaining and monitoring campaign pages on our internal and external websites, alongside managing social media communications.

You will represent the MND Association while working with external stakeholders to achieve our campaigning goals. Your input will be vital in the development of the MND Campaign Network, helping to build strong supporter journeys and increase our reach. You will also support the Policy & Campaigns Assistant in responding to campaign-related enquiries, ensuring people living with MND are involved in shaping our campaigns.

Collaboration is key in this role. You will work with various teams within the organisation, including the Services and Partnerships Directorate and Fundraising Team, to champion our campaigns and enhance our profile. Your contributions will help shape our strategies and plans, ensuring our campaigns align with our objectives and values.

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated individual who is passionate about making a difference. If you have a strong background in digital campaigning and are ready to take on a leadership role, we would love to hear from you.
