Team Leader at Look Ahead

You'll be helping to manage a service day to day, which might be for people with mental health needs, learning disabilities or for those who are homeless. Alternatively, it could be for young people leaving care. You'll resolve problems, deal with daily management and administration and make sure the service meets the high quality standards that we set ourselves.

At the same time, you'll be there for your team, providing supervision, leading meetings and making sure everyone feels motivated. Part of that is developing peoples skills, so they can see their abilities grow - and so we can offer an even better service.
