Bespoke training
Transformative training tailored for you
Together we can make organising a powerful practice for your work.
We will work with you to deliver tangible results and long-term transformative change. Some organisations we work with in bespoke ways include Kinship, POMOC, Trussell Trust, Civic Power Fund, Revoke, Grapevine Coventry and Warwickshire, Micro Rainbow and the GLA.
At Act Build Change, we run our evergreen “bread and butter” content for members and national training programmes for the public throughout the year. You can learn more about this on our Membership page and Events page.
However, many collectives want to work with us in more in-depth ways. Some want a long-term partnership for a year or more or training tailored to their specific challenges. You’ll be able to learn about the type of sessions we run on the Our Work page.
This engagement could look like:
- Training, coaching, or hands-on support from one of our organisers to kick-start your campaign or build a local team.
- Support as you transition from an informal collective to a formalised organisation and want to bring collective care processes into your work.
- A bespoke training and coaching package as you reconcile neglecting care and want a critical and kind expert to guide you through this process.
- Facilitation expertise to support you in creating a powerful, joyful coalition centred on grass-roots organising and winning change.
What is the process?
Please reach out at least two months before work starts to avoid disappointment.

- We will contact you within two weeks to book a short call to understand your context.
- If we are a good fit, we will begin building a bespoke support package.
Pricing
You should expect to pay from £5,000 and upwards for a bespoke partnership. Pricing depends on the support you need, the length of time and the size of your organisation. Money should not be a barrier to reaching out to us. We offer tiered pricing to make our work accessible, especially to groups with turnovers of less than £200,000 and groups working to dismantle the hostile environment.
Drop us a line, and we’ll get to work.
