In this course, we will encourage you to look at boundaries – your relationship to them and how this plays out within your work.

  • You will learn the different types of boundaries that can be created.
  • Explore your desire for and resistance to them.
  • You will also learn how to communicate to speak up for your boundaries.

At this stage, it's important to name that boundary work needs constant attention. Our boundaries can change over time and depend on our context.

Reflecting on boundaries can feel confronting, so take your time working through this course and stick with us – as boundaries are essential for practising care.
