Part Time
Caseworker at Revoke
Seeking an experienced caseworker advocating for displaced people who shares our abolitionist politics and believes in pushing boundaries.
London | 22 Sep 2025
Revoke is a grassroots organisation, advocating for displaced young adults in London, and connecting them with the wider political movements that shape their lives. By recognising the brutality of the political, economic, and bureaucratic systems they battle every day, we take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to their care, prioritising compassion, agency and respect. Revoke is an abolitionist, anti-capitalist organisation, taking public stands against the hostile environment. It’s very important that any applicant shares these values and believes in addressing the root causes, rather than just the symptoms, of injustice.
We’re entering our fourth year as an organisation and feel confident in our programmes and services. We’re a small team of six core, part time staff, and a range of freelance practitioners, with a high demand on our time, so we need more capacity for our existing work (rather than expansion). We’re looking for an experienced caseworker (in any setting, formal or informal), who shares our abolitionist politics and believes in pushing boundaries, working creatively, and displaying radical compassion towards our members, and our team.
As a non-hierarchial organisation, we collectively design and review organisational policies, conflict resolution processes, new programmes etc., and we’re looking for someone who wants to be part of this culture of collective ownership. Although the role will primarily be casework, there are many opportunities to influence the organisation’s overall strategy and working practices, and we’re looking for someone who is up for that challenge. As Revoke ispart of Pelican House, there’ll also be opportunities to join various Pelican House committees and engage with the events and outreach across the building.
