Six organiser roles across the UK to build the movement for a new democracy

We're hiring six Chartist Organisers!
This is the biggest political imagination project in a generation and the next year will be a big one.
Four National Conventions across England, Northern Ireland, Scotland and Wales, each shaped by People's Charters that communities are building right now.
To get there, we need brilliant, well-connected people on the ground.
We're recruiting six organisers to grow the movement between October 2026 and June 2027:
→ 2x Organisers, Wales (South Wales / North Wales)
→ 2x Organisers, Scotland (South Scotland / North-East Scotland)
→ 1x National Organiser, Northern Ireland
→ 1x Regional Organiser, North East England
£5,000 flat fee each, part-time and flexible over 4–5 months.
You'll connect with 7–10+ community groups, support them to build their own People's Charter, and help write the next chapter in an 800-year story of people winning power back.
