Climate Sisters Programme Managers at Wen (Women's Environmental Network)

We’re seeking a passionate Programme Manager in Scotland and one in Manchester/North West to lead the Climate Sisters project – a transformative initiative amplifying the voices of marginalised and racialised women in climate justice. The 5 year project aims to engage women in these areas through a participatory climate leadership programme.

The Programme Manager will oversee all aspects of delivery, collaborate with community partners, and supervise the Project Coordinator. This role is grounded in values that challenge systemic inequalities and promote care, collaboration, and non-competitive sisterhood.​
