Co-Director at Migrants Organise

We are seeking an experienced and values-driven Co-Director to join our leadership team and work closely with our CEO, Zrinka Bralo, and the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) to strengthen Migrants Organise’s organisational infrastructure, support growth and sustainability.

This is a pivotal leadership role that combines strategic vision with hands-on management. The Co-Director will contribute to key aspects of organisational development, including strategic leadership, fundraising and financial management, staff management and development, governance, and capacity building of our grassroots membership.

We are looking for a collaborative and strategic leader who combines organisational acumen with a deep commitment to social justice.

You will be comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels, balancing the practical realities of running an organisation with the visionary work of organising for power and solidarity movement building in a challenging external environment. 

You will work in collaboration with the CEO and Senior Leadership Team to ensure that our mission and movement values are reflected in our internal systems, culture and external impact.
