We must organise everywhere, in our community spaces, the streets and also online. We want to tell powerful stories and bring more people to our movement for a democracy that works for everyone. We want to inspire, encourage, and support people to take meaningful and empowering actions.
Our Digital Organiser will be part of our team, understand our work, values and mission and will be our strategic mind on how MDP can best communicate digitally.
The Digital Organiser role is perfect for tech-savvy, strategic thinkers who have experience growing mailing lists, online activist management, running digital ads, and developing engagement strategies across digital platforms.
The Digital Organiser would work closely with MDP’s Communications Strategist to develop sharp, engaging, and sometimes humorous content on migrant justice and democracy in the UK. This role is perfect for creatives who have skills in graphic design, video editing, and copywriting; and can support the team with creative brainstorming on the latest social media trends, meme formats, cultural references, and political opportunities for posting.
An ideal candidate is action-oriented and highly collaborative with a passion for migrant justice and democracy.
