Leeds | 24 Apr 2026

The Economic Justice Caseworker offers a blended approach that combines employment support, work rights empowerment, and economic justice for migrants. The role aligns with our charitable object of relieving need, ensuring equality, and social inclusion. The activities of the role articulate the link between practical support and structural change. This role is instrumental in providing direct support to those affected by workplace inequalities, representing their interests, and working collaboratively to drive systemic changes that enhance work rights equity for migrants and work justice.

The economic justice caseworker will work closely with the Economic Justice Organiser, Economic Justice Research Officer, and the CEO, as part of the organisation’s Economic Justice team overseeing the Migration Economic Justice Programme. The overarching vision for the economic justice program is to create an enabling environment for the provision of high-quality advice, advocacy and employability casework support for migrants whilst building transformative eco-systems for the advancement of migrant economic justice. This role would suit an experienced employment caseworker, passionate about migrant work justice with experience of inspiring and driving transformative change.
