Action in organising, is like breathing to the human body. It takes around 30,000 breaths a day to keep us alive. Like breathing, we must take action regularly or our efforts die.

Now breathing is not always easy. In extreme environments it is pretty difficult. In organising, this is when bad people come to power. They cut our disability allowance, force us to chose between food or heating and outright murder poor people.

Even in these extreme circumstances, when you feel you can not breathe; pause, strategise and act twice as hard. Here you learn how.
